PRIVACY POLICY

1. The administrator of the personal data is CKS S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at Trakt Lubelski 40A, 04-870 Warsaw, KRS 0000087749, REGON 012581039, NIP 1130006384.
2. The Administrator enables contact regarding the processing of personal data at: 40A Trakt Lubelski Street, 04-870 Warsaw.
3. Personal data provided to CKS will be processed for the following purposes:
   1. contacting by e-mail, telephone or in person;
   2. presenting information on the offer of cooperation (including by means of the so-called direct marketing),
   3. to maintain relations related to this cooperation and to perform activities requiring the cooperation of both parties.
4. Legal basis for processing and data retention period:
   1. Article 6(1)(a) RODO – consent of the subject from whom the Personal Data originates,
   2. Article 6(1)(f) RODO – realization of the controller’s legitimate interest which is, among others: informing enterprises and institutions which may be interested in cooperation with CKS S.A. of the terms and conditions of such cooperation, and when such cooperation has already been established – maintaining relations with them and performing activities which require cooperation of both parties.
5. Scope of data processed:
   1. identification data: name, company,
   2. contact data: e-mail address, telephone number, address,
   3. any data necessary to maintain contact or perform the contract.
6. Personal data shall be processed for the period for which consent to processing is granted, and in the case of withdrawal of the aforementioned consent for the period corresponding to the period of limitation of possible claims resulting from cooperation increased by one year, effective at the end of a given calendar year.
7. At any time you may object to the processing of your personal data by CKS S.A. your personal data in writing to the address indicated in point 2 above. In such a case, CKS S.A. shall cease processing your personal data, except if such processing has a basis in the legitimate interests of CKS S.A..
8. The recipients of your personal data are CKS S.A. and are or may be partners and entities cooperating with CKS S.A. (subcontractors), but only in the case of and to the extent necessary to fulfil the respective purpose of data processing.
9. You have the right to:
   1. to request from the controller access to that personal data,
   2. rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data,
   3. to object to the processing of your personal data,
   4. withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data,
   5. to transfer your personal data,
   6. lodge a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection (contact details are available on the Office’s website: www.uodo.gov.pl).
10. Your personal data will not be processed by CKS S.A. in an automated manner, including profiling.
